Monday Morning.... Diet Logs #31-34

Okay, I've done something wrong!!!!!  The scale was up 5 lbs this morning, am I happy?  HELL NO!!!!!!  I'm furious at myself and very disappointed - but this is where the problem lies....

I didn't eat pizza, donuts, cake, cookies, potato chips, and I didn't eat pasta, bread, rice, or potatoes.... I ATE freaking healthy!!!!!

I had turkey burgers with some incredible Irish Cheddar slices melted on them with avocado, side of cauliflower; I had chicken salad, hard boiled eggs, turkey bacon, a handful of olives, and string cheese for a snack... and YET - I GAINED FREAKING 5 lbs!!!!!

So What am I going to do?  Just push harder....
